After Ryan Gosling’s casting as Marvel’s ‘Ghost Rider’ was revealed, Eva Mendes—who starred in 2007’s ‘Ghost Rider’ with Nicolas Cage—reacted to the news by referencing the movie where they first met in 2011. In a July 26 Instagram post, Mendes reshared a fan-edited clip of the opening scene from the crime drama, which features a tracking shot of a shirtless, tattooed Gosling as motorcycle stunt driver Luke Glanton, putting on a vest and jacket while walking through a carnival crowd, before he hops on his bike.
