Mama June: Family Crisis star Jessica Shannon called her marriage to Shyann McCant was “irretrievably broken” in divorce documents filed just days before McCant admitted to cheating. Shannon alleged in the July 26 filing to the Superior Court of Jones County in Georgia that she was “entitled to a divorce upon the statutory grounds that the marriage is irretrievably broken and there is no hope of reconciliation.” The 29-year-old—the second oldest of June “Mama June” Shannon’s four kids and half-sister of Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson—also confirmed that she would no longer be legally using McCant’s last name as part of their settlement agreement. McCant’s infidelity admission comes nearly two months after Shannon—who listed their date of separation as June 1—confirmed that they had broken up following one year of marriage.
