I still lowkey feel bad for Joshua bassett. Dude was in the hospital literally fighting for his life while Olivia fans sent him death threats and she stayed quiet. If Taylor can tell her fans to not send hate to John Mayer why couldn't Olivia?
There's clearly some beef there but I don't think it's about Taylor because of the "look at you, cool guy" , the "every girl I ever talked to told me you were bad news" and "you said it was true love" lines which really hint at it being about a romantic relationship. I think it's about Zack Bia because he's a notorious fuckboy, they dated around 6 months and he's also older than Olivia, which makes sense with the "girls your age know better" part
Maybe she just want to shine on her own, without being compared, it can harm her career if people only sees her as Taylor wannabe

Olivia’s vampire music video hints to a professional feud as it clearly depicts a grammy ceremony and there’s a scene where the spotlight hurts Olivia when she has at her highest moment. It’s Olivia showing us the moment she debuted she got attacked. If the song was just about her ex bf that video wouldn’t make much sense. To me, it clearly is about Taylor. But since she’s not that naive anymore, she won’t openly say it’s about Taylor cause that would be suicide.

Its sad for me to see that she is being treated that way by her idol. Some celebs really are not what they seem, like us normies they have their bad or shady sides. That is why never put them on a pedestal and kind of expect the worst from them. I mean there are exceptions like Keanu Reeves maybe lol out of topic but he is one of the most down to earth celebs on the planet.
The "you sold me for parts" is quite obviously about Taylor, in my opinion. As it was "parts" of Olivia's songs that made Taylor take credit, also the "famef–ker" wouldn't make sense if the song is about a romantic relationship.
Although there are some lyrics about a love relationship, I think it's done to kind of make things unclear whether it's about a professional or personal relationship. But the music video with the awards ceremony also hints at issues related to the industry.
I mean yes it could be that everything you said is true it could be that they were friends and something happened that broke that bond but also olivia did indeed made music similar to paramore and taylor songs and you can hear the songs are almost the same so they came for what it was rightfully theirs and any judge and jury wouldve sided with taylor and paramore so olivia HAD to give up her royalties to them to avoid legal fees etc plus olivia had said the taylor song was actually inspired by a taylor song so taylor wouldve won if she sued. this is fair. making a song about their relationship is what all singers do but making a song about all this legal feud that had a fair result for all parties seems bitter but thats how olivia brands herself so 🤷♀

ESMG ladies!!! I missed y'all! <3 Imo I think it is really about Taylor. She just put in some lyrics about a heartbreak to kind of mask the song because she knows she will get roasted alive by the Swifities. She can't outright say that she's in a feud with Taylor. She can only vaguely allude to it and the Swifities being on the same level as the FBI, picked up on it and that's why the theory is picking up speed. Now, the Swifities are trying to block her from being number one. They are asking other fandoms to stream Morgan Wallen or anyone else just to block her. Crazy!!
But I am just figuring out that Taylor is a vampire in a way when it comes to new and up-and-coming artists. She loves to befriend them and suck a little bit of the clout that new artist has and then just leaves. She is still friends with a few of them but most of these she doesn't associate with anymore. She did it with all the Disney girls like Miley, Demi, Selena, Zendaya, Olivia, now Sabrina Carpenter. She did it with Hailee Steinfield, Alessia Cara, Justin Bieber, Shawn Mendes, Camila Cabello, now Ice Spice. Even models she did this too like Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner. Everytime there is someone new that is popular, she latches on and becomes their bestie and then drops them.
Key verse in her song is "cool guy". So I would assume no!!! "You went for me not her" "cause girls your age know better." is being sung about a boyeeee. Tay and Olivia are supportive of each other, even though they are not close friends or friends at all. Quit making things up or I will tell Olivia. Jk but not jk😡just sayin.
