I weighed 110 until 30 . After that I just kept eating. I gained 60lbs in a couple of yrs. My daughters wedding was coming up and I kept saying I was going to go on a diet but never did
That all changed when my daughter took a side photo at the beach. I almost died. I stopped eating everything and only ate hummus, yogurt, fruit and protein shake. Lost 40lbs in 4 months. I felt great 🎉
