      I wish the openness for mental health came a lot sooner. This might sound random, but Robin Williams was one of my favorite entertainers. My dad is a Robin Williams look-alike so it was easy for me to get attached to his characters. No one knew he was struggling inside. He always had a smile on his face and he was always so funny. When he ended his life everyone was shocked. Just think of how many lives could’ve been saved if we had started this mental health dialogue years ago.

      I agree. I started getting panic attacks at 18, it wasn't talked about. I could go on forever about my experiences. I couldn't talk to anyone about it. I'm 61 now, and I feel I had so many wasted years just trying to stay in check and I didn't enjoy my life. It's sad. There weren't as many solutions available. I was scared they'd put me in a place like Pennhurst which made the anxiety worse. There is so much more. Thank you.
