The reason a lot of people who aren’t Swifties and won’t decode her Easter eggs can still recite her dating history is because many of them who can are ex dedicated fans who eventually got annoyed by all the bullshit she does. That’s why. It isn’t always out of some slut shaming misogyny (though it does exist), but out of annoyance at her bullshit, as a direct result of being a fan.
