all right 20 years of C JLA we are
celebrating this month and in honor of
our 20th anniversary we are launching
our Los Angeles collection uh which is
full of all things classic cool La
you’re going to see lots of blacks and
whites uh you’re going to see charcoals
and some amazing denim favorite staple
pieces that we love um you’re going to
see some little blue hues just a bunch
of fun beautiful staple pieces that of
course all curate mix mix match together
to make a capsule collection but I
thought it’ be fun to take y’all along
with me and do a little studio lookbook
today so we’re going to jump in I’m
going to run through all the pieces go
up close and personal talk about fit
detailing so that when it’s launch time
and launch day you have all your
questions answered you know all the
things and you’re ready to build your La
capsule with these staples so I’m going
to hop in I’m going to show you all the
Deets and I think you’re going to be
just as in love with this collection as
I am all right so first on the list are
the kit tanks kit are back by popular
demand because the kit are stinking
fantastic um this was a shirt that we
did a while back and we loved it so much
that it inspired us to do a kit t-shirt
and a kit long sleeve it’s the ultimate
layering piece it’s easy to mix and
match great for putting under a Blazer
or a cardigan the fabric is soft and
stretchy super stretchy fits almost like
a bodysuit without the thinko and upper
booty it is amazing so kit is just a
classic go-to for us and I can’t wait to
show you the tea next it comes extra
small through extra large as well for
sizing and it’s an just a phenomenal
price point as well um it’s one that you
should definitely snag you know a color
or
two all right next up are the kit teas I
feel like this is so beautiful classic
Parisian but also very classic La you
kind of could put this in any time
honestly if this was like the 30s and
40s or the 50s 60s 70s ‘ 80s ’90s and
the 2000s and the 20 24s um it’s so
classic and goes into honestly any
season any time it’s that super duper
soft stretchy squish fabric um great
size options as well feels like a
bodysuit fit it does not crop just the
perfect fitted layering tea that you
truly can wear with absolutely
everything I love this mixed with our
new Hendrix jeans and styled A Million
Ways all right it is anniversary like
week month year at CJ LA or celebrating
20 years of Carly Jun Los Angeles and we
thought what better way to kick off our
anniversary month with the Los Angeles
collection so this collection is curated
with all the classic you’re going to see
black and whites in the mix and all the
textures and all the Vintage and all the
fun beautiful feels of La as well as
some beautiful Classics Cottons just
yummy everyday
pieces the stuff that you actually live
in is what this collection is full of
and it officially launches next Friday
but I wanted to show you everything a
little early I think there’s something
super fun about seeing it ahead of time
and getting all the details early so we
have early release happening tomorrow
have a few pieces so I’m going to start
with those and show you those what is
coming tomorrow but I also wanted to
show you like a full run through of
everything that’s coming so you can get
a heads on what is going to be in the
collection so um I am kicking up I’m
actually just wearing the Lauren cargos
that we just launched last week uh these
pair really well with the collection
they’re so comfy and so easy they are a
stretch cargo if you can kind of see
them here I’m sitting on the rug so
ignore that but they’ve got little
simple cargo pockets on them stretch
elastic so comfy so easy and I keep
finding myself pairing them with all the
things so those are available now you
can use rewards points on them um
they’re comfy and that stretch the tie
feel like you could even wear them for
like a maternity pant they’re so
stretchy and easy wear them with the
belly band they’re gold all right and
then my top is the ray Top This Is Back
by popular demand we’ve done some Tans
some neutrals but we were like oh my
word how cool would this be in a
gorgeous classic black and white so I I
want to show you kind of the texture if
you can kind of see the detail of what
that feels like there easy roomy fit
it’s got this great beautiful sweater
texture to it see little details on it
um and it mix and matches with all the
things I love this with our new denim
that’s also included in this launch
Hendrick pants would be a great easy
little pair for this this is a little
trouser pant little finished bottom on
it as well as our new cake jeans that
we’re launching in this collection I’ll
probably show those in the mix as well
but um it mixes with of course all the
things easy flattering comfy cut nursing
friendly post preab friendly any AG
friendly it is like the top it’s kind of
Goldilocks if you love it’s the top for
all um It just fits it’s just right um
and I feel like it’s a lot like the ray
as well if you know the ray all right
and then here it is in white I mean how
pretty is the knit on that so soft so
easy it’s got a beautiful weight to it
pairs again it’s like the black and
white it mixes with with all the things
but the fit is phenomenal oops fit is so
easy on it um I really think there’s
nothing that you can’t not mix and match
it with comfortable
flattering here’s kind of
front back of
it all the
angles all right next up is the kit tea
in allit comfy beautiful classic
Parisian Glory um this is formerly our
kit tin that was so loved and so enjoyed
um and it was so easy and mixable that
we decided to turn it into a T-shirt and
a long sleeve so what I love about this
is the length and the stretch on it um
it is so easy to make look like a little
bodysuit or you can undo and give it
some length it is long and easy and it
just is such a flattering feel and fit
little ribed detailing on it can you
kind of see there but mixes and matches
and layers A Million Ways

special all right fun thing about the
kit tank is it goes with all the things
and it pairs really sweet with the
Franny I just tucked my kit into my
Lauren caros and then layered over the
Franny cardigan how sick and sweet
little crochet detailing on the collar
beautiful knit buttons in the front like
literally little hand net super
beautiful detailed buttons you can kind
of see them there um and it’s just this
creamy easy beautiful little layering
piece I’ll show it to you with one arm
hold
on all right I’m showing the small here
but I prefer the medium for fit

peeks of La I’m going to show you the
whole thing in this TR but I do want you
to see what’s early releasing tomorrow

honestly have gone really quick in our
other launches one being this new Lively
tea this is that like classic vintage
feel here it is in the other colors you
can see what that cotton looks and feels
like I right now have a size they have a
small one so let’s double check that
let’s see am I right no I’m a medium
okay well clad we corrected that um I am
wearing a medium in it so easy fit it’s
not going to be as roomy as like the
James tea or the Charlie tea it’s kind
of that in between shape that classic
comfy cotton we’ve had so many Gs saying
Hey I want like basic beautiful easy
layers but I want some color in the mix
want some jewel tones in the mix and so
we have a really fun mix of livelies
again launching early on Friday oops of
course I totally got cut off um I don’t
know where I got cut off so here’s the
gray there’s the brighter blue that
Julie blue and that charcoal black is
that not so fun are those so good and
the cotton is just phenomenal on it you
can kind of see the feel of it has like
a vintage wash to nicer thicker kind of
fabric and it literally mixes and
matches with everything and feels so
good all right here is our bright
gorgeous blue in the Lively again
there’s other colors still available in

release it’s like the perfect vintage
charcoal black it looks like it’s aged
and washed and the
perfect wear
color all right next up is the Hol and
Hol is so cute
a little Checker sub a little Checker
action on it it is a beautiful cotton
fabric easy fun little flowy fit has
pockets here it reminds me so much of
our Canyon dress if youall remember our
Canyon it’s got just this like beautiful
shape to it you see a little little
check tone on toone black check I threw
it with some simple little Somas but it
will be darling with the road sandals or
anything else layer with a hunter jacket
easy comfy
Flex fit this is a size medium for size
reference great length in the back it’s
like a great option of like a little
shorty dress but not too short kind of
just right uh dress it up for work or
wear it way dressed down and Cas over a
swimsuit in the summer it’s thick enough
that you don’t need to wear an extra
slip or layer with it the lining in it
that thick fabric is almost like a
lining in it um and it is just
phenomenal
all right one of my favorite things in
the collection is this giata dress the
dresses are on point uh easy Timeless
you can wear them for all the things
this giata is layered it’s soft it’s
comfy can you see that beautiful fabric
on it it has lining no slip needed
smocked in the top in the front and the
back so you can wear a regular bra with
it your little strap lines follow your
bras it makes it so stinking easy um but
the Gata is one my top faves comfortable
fit um layers and goes to all the things
great stretch to
it it’s a fve and it’s coming in the
early release this Friday we’re going

again adjustable straps smoked front and
back and these little easy teer

I’m wearing a size seven here for size
reference I prefer the nine um the seven
I found to be just a little bit too
fitted on me but the nine are just right
um I’m wearing those just for try on
references because it’s the size that I
have here but the size that I’m ordering
and living in are the nine and then I
just paired it with the new Lively tea
that little Char charcoal color with the
black is a fun little combination but
great little just a great little like go
with everything trouser pant um I also
love that so many girls I hear are
wearing these and myself included are
wearing them as a dress pant cuz they
look like a kind of
all right next up in our collection this
is launching later in the week next week
this is on going to be next Friday but
this week we are launching a new Kate
and this is a Kate a midrise Kate so
they’re going to be a little bit lower
than our normal Kate they’re going to be
2 in lower so we had a handful of gals
who were requesting just more of some
midrise options so our new Kate midrise
are in the mix we have Kate regularized
are Classics and then this Kate is a new
Kate that is a little bit lower so for
you guyss that are wanting that not as
high Kate you are going to love our new
midrise the wash is beautiful on it as
well you can kind of see the coloring
it’s like a classic medium blue it’s
darker than our original Kates there it
is for coloring really really
pretty all right and then I just popped
on my Kates in the darker wash this is
what we launched last week and this is
our class classic rise which is going to
be that classic highrise really want to
emphasize and note the new one is a
different updated Kate mid um and it’s
just for another option we are going to
continue to of course uh launch our
regular Kates but we wanted to have a
little fun option for yall in the mix so
Kate midrise is a new Option and it’s
launching early so new Hendrix updated
and a midrise Kate coming and of course
you can grab all of our OG denim that’s
