I actually I Googled myself today now
that you mention it I don’t ever Google
myself ever my name is Tammy hembra and
I’m getting up close with

Cosmo I have so so many quotes that I
absolutely love and yeah obviously my
book is full of them literally every few
pages at the end of each chapter like
here and there all around I have quotes
on my like home screen on my like I’m
obsessed with like affirmations and
inspirational quotes I feel like it’s
just a really good way to cement things
into your mind so one of my favorites
would probably be you’re not perfect you
never were and you never will be and
that’s perfectly okay which I just love
because I’m all about like nobody’s
perfect like now that I’ve just like put
out my book and all of that sort of
thing I’m still on like an endless
Journey like everyone is always constant
L growing and learning and changing and
making mistakes and getting back up and
I just feel like it’s so important for
people to know that everyone’s imperfect
and that’s that’s perfectly fine my
dream I mean we’ve had some of my dream
people wear saski already we had JLo
wear sasy when she was um rehearsing for
the Super Bowl seeing JLo in sasky was
definitely like a pin me moment like
she’s so amazing so that was real we
gift it to a few different people and
then just to see her like rehearsing
such a big performance in it I was like
well I definitely do feel some pressure
from it sometimes it’s such a crazy
amount of people in my online following
so it’s a bit like mindblowing sometimes
but um I just feel like I’m I try to be
really authentic and really true to
myself so it’s sort of like take it or
leave it like if you like I hope I’m
putting out like good messages and I
hope people gain something positive from
me but um yeah it can be a bit of
pressure on me for sure I definitely
have time off like Instagram and stuff I
know I’m posting every day but a lot of
people don’t know some days I’ll
literally like I’ll go post and then I
won’t go onto my Instagram for like the
rest of the day and there is periods
where I won’t be posting stories and I
won’t be like super engaged on social
media I feel like it’s important to have
a balance for when you feel like you
need it like sometimes I don’t feel like
I need
that but sometimes I do feel like I need
a bit of a break and I come back feeling
more refreshed and so much better I have
had so many rumors about myself um oh I
can’t think of one at the top of my head
right now I feel like there’s been so
many obviously a huge rumor has always
been this has been like since I started
on Instagram that has been that I’ve had
a vbl which is ridiculous I feel like
I’ve addressed that so many times but
that’s the big biggest one I can think
of but there’s been so many the biggest
misconception about me would probably be
one that I’m like an extrovert which I’m
absolutely not I’m very introverted
there’s so many events that I just
choose not to go to because I’m such a
home body and also like I just love
being at home with my kids like I I love
going to events and I do enjoy that kind
of thing but my priority is at home so I
choose home over any you know unless
it’s something that I like absolutely
cannot miss or is like a big working
opportunity then I will get dressed up
and go but um yeah usually I’ll miss and
I’ll just stay home with the kids and
then two that I’m like stuck up or
anything like that I’m absolutely not
like I’m the most normal sort of like
regular down toe girl um so yeah I think
those are two pretty big misconceptions
about me right now I’ve been just using
I’ve been using the um the new rare
Beauty blushes and they are unreal like
I’m completely obsessed but when it
comes to lip Comber which I’m I’m
obsessed with lipstick like I’m a
lipstick girl through and through my
favorite combo at the moment would be
the Charlotte Tilbury lip cheat in
either pillow talk or Foxy Brown and I
love the Anastasia Beverly Hills the
like satin um lip lipstick in pure
Hollywood it’s good wedding planning is
stressful like it is so there’s so much
that goes into it which I feel like I
did not know how much goes into a
wedding like the amount of songs you
have to choose for different parts and
the like all the different behind the
scenes things is just insane so it’s a
bit stressful but it’s really exciting
it’s really fun I feel like I had I’ve
had a few different like styles that
I’ve liked so I’ve really put it towards
my um my wedding planners to help me
sort of bring it into One Vision um yeah
I think that is I think I would CH will
change my surname I don’t think I’ll
like change my like Instagram handle or
anything but I think like by law I’ll
change it I don’t think it’s something
I’ve always wanted to do I just I just
feels right to me this time I’m just
yeah
um I don’t ever I actually I Googled
myself today now that you mentioned it I
don’t ever Google myself ever but I did
it today because someone um my assistant
was like oh we had a a Paparazzi
following us around yesterday and I was
like what I didn’t see anyone so then I
Googled myself to see like where it even
was um because I was just like
interested at how they’re so like Sly
and you know not seen but no I make it
like a rule not to Google myself because
usually it’s just all like weird
articles or misconceptions or rumors or
lies or you know it’s usually not the
nicest stuff that come up so I just make
it a thing like do not Google
myself what I’m most excited for right
now is um my other than my wedding and
my 30th and my book that just happened
um those are obviously like all things
that are happening right now I’m really
really exciting
but um I’m starting a new business that
I’m so excited about and it’s going to
be my biggest sort of venture yet and
I’m doing it with my older sisters and
I’m just like I’m beyond excited about
it I I don’t want to say too much I
don’t want to give anything away but I
will slowly start um talking about it a
little bit but yeah it’s just very very
early stages right now thanks so much
