Zendaya Admits She Doesn’t Know What She’s Doing As Met Gala Co-Chair

you you look like a walking award like
like you look like a statue like a
beautiful statue thank you so much but I
I’m sorry about stepping on your dress
at the Emy I we were walking out I was
very tired I had I had taped two shows I
ran in I literally ran in just to give
you your award just to present that and
then I left and I I yeah I stepped on
your clothes don’t worry about it I
honestly I was so worried about the
whole time like getting there because
the dress was so big yeah yeah all I
thought about was like oh my gosh if I
have to get on that stage I’m going to
face plant yeah so don’t worry about it
sometimes I pray I don’t win
specifically so I don’t have to do the
stairs cuz I’m like you know what I’d
rather just be nominated and not not
just look like an idiot in front of the
world underneath I had like I had shorts
on I had socks on like I was trying to
be as comfortable under there as
possible cuz I was like I’m might have
to hike this I love you the last time we
interviewed you were on zoom and you had
like full on pajama pants on
I love it got to stay comfortable I know
I’m with you and why it’s like you have
to pay me to wear stuff like this um
well speaking of award shows I heard
that you actually crashed is it the
Oscars that’s your first red carpet you
like crashed it um it was well it was my
first Oscars red carpet I was really had
no I had no credentials to be there I
was just a guest of of someone else and
I just kind of how beautiful snuck on
there because I had spent so much time
doing my hair and yeah I was like a lot
of work into this people need to see
this I was up all night so I was like
I’m getting a picture in this outfit all
right um so your team probably
appreciates it yeah I just kind of
shimmy it on out there um but yeah well
speaking of just carpets you’re about to
you’re a CO you’re co-chairing the Met
Gala is that true what does that mean
what does that
entail you know I’ve never actually done
it before I will what do I do I’ll let
you know after my God cuz it’s a huge
event yeah it is a massive event but but
what I do know is I can’t be late yeah I
have to for the for the first time
usually you know you know I I’m like
dang I hope I make it um but now I I
think I have to be so bad at time
management I know I have to be early or
I’ll be late yeah on time never happens
never works you got to really push it
yes I don’t know what that is I think
it’s I’m not trying to be rude I just
really am bad at time management yeah
I’m the same I always trick myself to
thinking I have more time it’s like I
tell my manager to lie to me I do even
to get to work here I don’t actually
know what time work starts here I don’t
actually know I’m just like tell me when
to be there like I don’t care and then
usually it’s a little later but it’s

    "On time never works" and "I always trick myself to think I have more time" soooo relatable… People say, not understanding how time works one of the prominent signs of an ADHD 🤷‍♀
    But damn this "trick myself" thing describes and explains why I almost always late so well!
