      This movie is telling the truth. In 3rd world counties, the parents birth a child and then purposely and permanently damage the child physically and then use that child to get money from people's sympathy. They use the child as an object to make money. When I first learned about it, it made me sick to my stomach. What kind of monster does this to their own innocent child. To the parents' point of view, it's either that or starve because they don't want to work hard. It's incredibly sad.
