    Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s son Pax Jolie-Pitt was rushed to the hospital after sustaining a head injury following a harrowing crash in Los Angeles. The 20-year-old was driving down Los Feliz Boulevard around 5 p.m. on his electric bike when he crashed into the back of a car. Watch the full video to learn more about Jax’s recovery.

      Before I say what I’m about to say, I’m glad to hear the news he is currently stable and the head injury he had is minor. Ok, here is my rant.

      1. Media says he was riding an e-bike. Nope, he was riding an e-motorcycle, specifically an electric dirt bike. These are only allowed to be ridden on private property in California unless modifications are made to add side mirrors, blinkers, and tail lights. Rider must also have an M-1 license along with registration and insurance, and wearing a helmet is mandatory for all ages.

      2. Looking at the pic of Pax on his dirt bike, I don’t see any side mirrors and he’s not wearing a helmet (both are mandatory). It’s confirmed in the accident report he was not wearing a helmet.

      3. I ride a class three e-bike which is petal assist up to 28 mph max speed. I wear a helmet every time I ride. I really want to see a crackdown of the illegal riders of e-motorcycles who think they are riding e-bikes and making riding more dangerous for everyone on the road due to their negligence.
