There has been a couple laws in Alabama that affect it. For one, you must be over twelve to ride in a pickup truck bed. For the other, it came out recently, "Every passenger in a motorized vehicle must wear a seatbelt at all times." It's not been made clear to me yet if that applies to passengers in a truck bed, or if those passengers are "on" the vehicle not "in."

Not here in Canada. Riding in back of truck is 100% illegal. You cannot say directly to an officer "screw you, your a pig" cuz thats slander and can be arrested for it You can say "in my opinion cops are pigs and I think they should all screw themselves" and ive never heard of anyone thinking that warning of a traffic stop was illegal..that one is new to me. Its perfectly legal

Oh I know it's not illegal to warn other drivers. I just think they might "find a reason" to pull me over, or arrest me. Same with cursing or flipping them off. Irritating a cop can be deadly and I am not trying to be more proof of that.

Don't matter if it's legal or not as long as the police have qualified immunity they will do whatever the hell they want and woe to you if you stand up for your rights. Also why do police have the option of shutting off their body cams? That's like giving the police the unofficial right to violate our rights. Body cams should not have a shut off button but since they do, anytime a body cam is manually shut off during an investigation the cop should be immediately investigated and whatever evidence that has been collected should automatically be thrown out.

Isn't the last one kinda sketch considering you can get charged for public indecency. So cussing and flipping off a cop could fall under that?
Swearing at / giving a finger to an officer just gives them the ethical go-ahead to find everything illegal you're doing and ticket you for it. Taillight's out? Here's your ticket. Oh, that's usually just a fix-it ticket? Nope, that's up to officer discretion, enjoy your fine.
