When I know for a fact that it’s not their drink, I just ignore them. They’ll figure it out when their name isn’t called when I hand it out. I work at an airport coffee shop & the amount of people who stand in line for 20 minutes. Thinking they’ll get their drink in 3, is INSANE. I don’t even talk to them half the time because they’re all dumb.
