      This video is from the "Director's Cut".
      I have seen the "Theatrical Release" numerous times and this scene not be in there.

    2. Ya I got totally confused by this. KOH is one of my favs but never saw the directors cut I guess. She went from sister to mother. Have to find a directors cut to watch.

    3. I've just watched the directors cut after all these years. I cannot believe that 45 minutes of the film were cut for the theatrical release. They should've kept every minute, it elevates the film and the acting.

    4. Such a shame. The bacterial infection that is Leprosy cuts the nerves from the body, most notably the pain receptors. At first it is a boon as the patient can feel pain but they will continue to weaken until their eventually early death or an accident/illness takes them.
