Hope she will take a technique class with a chef because she’s holding that knife in such a way that she’s gonna cut herself real soon- hold the cucumber firm in place with your left hand and carefully stroke cut with your right hand. How she is doing that makes me very nervous, but at least she is empowering herself to cook- it’s a beautiful thing. Cucumbers have edible seeds- is she confused about that point?
