Most newer vehicles don't have reflexive anymore. Most cops especially in smaller cities and towns don't wear hats.

in my place cop only have two uniform color is skin color uniform or green uniform and if you look there legs and see they are wearing the green pair of socks they are real polive and they alway work with team have atleast 2 green adn 4 skin uniform color im vietnam person
Real cops abusing their power will get angry about you questioning their behavior too and most likely won't let you see their badge or call emergency services. Your best bet is to record everything and do as they say, take the humiliation, and sue the city later in court.
Also super important, don't record after unlocking your phone, quick launch the camera app without unlocking your phone so that the footage can't be erased when they seize your phone. Destruction of the phone looks incriminating and doesn't always destroy the evidence. Disable facial recognition and thumbprint unlock as courts have decided forcibly unlocking your phone through these methods is not a violation of your 4th amendment as they "don't require a conscious effort on your part." And no, that is not a joke or hyperbole
