Do we really give weight to Blake Lively's smear campaign angle? Because it looked more like social media algorithm surfacing her rude interviews…and Baldoni's team had nothing to do with how shady she has been to other people in the past. Kjersti Flaa and the former interns who came out about their negative experiences with Blake Lively – the realness of their stories was there and people who have had experiences with bullies related to them. Of course, the sexual harassment allegation should be taken seriously – though given Blake Lively's record, she may have celebrity clout but not credibility in terms of character.

Baldoni is a husband, and father to young children. Their livelihood and his legacy were ripped from under them. Money won’t cover the moral damage. Being fellow parents, if the allegations are false, the accusers should come clean – including the talent agency who dropped Baldoni before all the facts came in. They need to issue statements of public repentance and apologize.

Lively filed a civil rights complaint in California on Dec. 20, and on that same day the NYT already had an article ready to publish regarding the complaint. The Times contacted Baldoni at 9:45pm, Friday, Dec. 20th to let him know this and to offer him to get his rebuttal to them by 12pm, Saturday, THE NEXT DAY. They published 2 hours prior to that deadline on Dec. 21st. Baldoni is suing the NYT because they cherry picked and excluded details from his rebuttal and basically the NYT article favored Blake Lively's version.
