    1. The problem is .. cat was noticed only after it meowed .. it means the mummy wasn't afraid of cat but it's voice .. one can play it on a phone too.
      If something was a supernatural connection the mummy should even be able to manifest itself near the cat within a given radius.. bad direction

    2. Here's something I don't get.

      The second movie revealed that Imhotep was watching when Nefertiti and Anuk-Su-Namon were dueling in the past. So wouldn't he have been able to tell that she was Nefertiti, reincarnated?

      Or did he deliberately intend to sacrifice her to resurrect Anuk USING the reincarnated Nefertiti, as a way of getting revenge?
