i went to a nursing home once and one of the ladies in a wheelchair had a very long chin and she was sleeping sitting up with her head tilted back. i then took a straw and filled it with peas and set the straw on her chin at an angle so the peas would roll into her mouth.
That's sad. Sorry for the loss.
