I'm not from USA, so this gossip guy is a recent discovery. He's not the expert but I LOVE his energy! Let him love his Taylor (creatively, maybe she was his 'anchor' through her songs, so he's not willing to let go). I mean, he still provides quality, high energy 😂gossip AND reporting. Taylor is not a big deal in my country, but I understand she's loved (almost) universally there. I don't for a second believe her contradicting statement, but Perez is on track on so many other things!

I’m a former litigation paralegal . On their grounds for dismissal – usually these are based on technicalities like ‘improper venue’ . The only other things I can think of that they might try to use – failure to state a claim (arguing that he hasn’t really stated a legal claim ( remember his lawsuit was quite verbose- it did read like a novel more than a legal complaint – maybe that’s what they’re trying?) the other one that I think they’re most likely to use is that baldonis counsel has failed to comply with court rules – I suppose they’ll argue Freedman speaking out is against the rules of court. Either way – it’s NOT happening – no way are they getting a dismissal. I believe it might also be something they’re going to set up possible grounds for appeal if – WHEN- they lose the case after trial. Her request to have Freedman NOT do her deposition – is a JOKE! No way the court will grant her request. Now, baldonis attorneys might decide to go along with this – idk. Freedman can still orchestrate all the questions even if another of his staff does the deposition.
Ps – why are you backpedaling on Taylor swift?
I think it’s just common, almost traditional to ask to dismiss, and then again after the trial had taken place, last ditch effort. It not special, it’s we won’t get it unless we try.

Yes I'm a lawyer and the client has to sustain the expenses of their lawyer whenever they have to move outside their office. Like train/plain tickets, hotel bills, lunches (sometimes). Of course depending on the client you can choose to stay in a 5+ stars hotel or a 4 stars hotel. Also I do not know how the american system works but the opposite part doesn't have a say on how their counterpart decides to plan their defense. In the US lawyers get depositions from witnesses and maybe the counterparts themselves (sorry I'm not an expert) during the disclosure process. I do not think Lively can choose the lawyer who would get her deposition. It's not up to her to decide. Please american lawyers correct me
This situation just proves to me once again that Hollywoke is a cesspool full of entitled idiots who have no problem destroying someone’s career. It’s an ego driven attack that in the end no one wins. Careers are going to be destroyed.
