She is the one that got married at a plantation, she has prejudice views and did black face . She clearly would not understand his faith and view. Even if Justine is wrong , her dismissing a nice word view of community and compassion shows her heart and where she stands with people with of color. She has never done a film that has a real diverse cast. She maily done movies where is the mean girl or head girl of the friend group.
Well, if it weren't for his faith, he probably wouldn't be doing the creative projects he does. This movie probably wouldn't have been. He gets to practice his faith and with anyone who is interested in joining in. Now if she told him she specifically did not want to experience certain religious practices, then he should've been mindful. So what's Blake's religion? Being an a-hole? I would request that she not included me in her practice.
I get the impression that Justin has a very similar personality type to myself. If that's true, we feel like we're very intuitive. We're very concerned about the well-being of others. We also give unsolicited advice and input from a well-meaning place, but it often strikes others as a criticism or judgement. This confuses us because we know in our mind we're just sharing something we think will enrich their life because we care about them. It's often something we've had experience with ourselves and want to share what helped us. I have to work hard to be aware of this and to stop myself or at least ask permission before I share.
Blake has low self esteem. She married a man who is constantly degrading her. But is suing a man that treated her with kindness. A man whose religion is to value women! She thinks a male being kind to her is SH. WILD! She’s sick and needs therapy.
Nah the whole "she truly believes she is right" thing and making it sound like a big misunderstanding is such a copeout. She is lying and she knows she is lying. Yeah I’m sure to some degree she sees herself as so important that she did take some of his actions as some kind of offense towards her, but there is no doubt she knows what she’s doing here, and that is lying.

As someone who expresses her emotions with hugs but i would also know when to take a step back and not hug those that don’t reciprocate. I don’t like being on peoples spaces. I would understand why she would feel uncomfortable if he hugged too much. We can’t help it sometimes but i understand her pov. Still that doesn’t change my view on how she is and acts as an individual.
I would also understand why they would feel uncomfortable for him to want to do his religious practices when most of them are just there to get the paycheck and to the point of getting the work done and not having all this extra time waisted.
Again, i still think she is an awful person i don’t see how this can help solve her case so i find it unnecessary cause i know he didn’t mean for anyone to feel uncomfortable.
It just goes to show the type of person he truly is. His intentions weren’t bad it was just too good for her that she complained about.

😂 As a therapist, so much of this sounds like the places I've worked for (minus the religious talk). We'd do icebreakers often, authenticity was encouraged, we tried to get rid of hierarchies and treat everyone as equally as possible, etc… I'm so accustomed to this that I forget other workplaces are not this collaborative and open.

It sounds as if JB's overly caring nature might have been overbearing to some and made them feel "uncomfortable". That's not SH but i think all the hugging of female employees might be a problem for him. I would feel extremely "uncomfortable" if a boss ever hugged me, even once. This tradition you discuss ' sitting around and discussing personal messages at a start of a meeting' is a ritual that is also used in many Australian Aboriginal cultures that is called 'yarning'. I'm not Aboriginal, nor Bahai, i have Bahai friends and like many people here i support showing respect and openness to all religions.
