DISCLAIMER (Of course, I’d have one 😁)
Hey, you might think that this info makes me your lawyer, but it doesn’t and I’m not. Sorry, but I AM NOT YOUR LAWYER unless we have an engagement agreement. I am just providing public information here, like a library does, and am not providing you with legal advice about your situation. So, it would be totally unreasonable for you to conclude we have an attorney-client relationship just because you’re viewing this information.

    1. Paying less taxes makes no sense in this scenario, since you're losing money overtime it doesn't get corrected or paid with interest. Even if you get taxed in 70% if you choose to get the money today, it'll be better than receiving monthly installments for the course of 30 years.

    2. Always take lump sum. You’ll make more money over the 30-year period than you lose in additional taxes via the diverse portfolio your financial advisor helps set up

    3. I would keep quiet and consider annuity. Depending on how much won, I would ask for a body guard until I move into a gated community with a garden loving HOA that's also cool with water gardens and riding on horseback. Because I want a pony.

    4. I would create libraries with rare books, distribute information to thousands of people, establish universities for conservatives, and train new journalists, teachers, and politicians.

    5. I have an uncle who won a million bucks, spent it all, got taxed to oblivion, and is still in debt. Definitely pay attention to legal drawbacks!!

    6. if I won the lottery i'd probably put it all in the bank and wait til i know its all taxed before i touch more than like 1 percent of it.

    7. And since you've hired all 3, 1/4th of your money will be spread equally among them, then 1 of them will embezzle another 1/4 without you knowing. Then the IRS will unlawfully take the rest.
