4:49 Nope. The whole ‘under direction of’ coverage of the law no longer covers your actions when you go against the firm’s wishes. And a PR firm is not going to be in support of one client going after another client, if for no other reason, because it would violate their conflict of interest clause in their contracts with both clients.

The "contents" of those text messages are way, way unattainable due to lengthy technical reasons I can't get into here. No subpoena is going to magically find those messages ever. CDR ("call detail records") will have meta-data. But nothing of value will be unearthed through subpoenas to cell providers throughout this "It Ends With Us ….SAAAGGAAAA".
