    1. He should NOT gave custody of this children. He abandoned them for the sake of getting his wife back and didn't even try to fight for them. HE'S PATHETIC!!!!!

    2. Since he still loves her (his words) it actually is financially a good idea to divorce and move everything into his name. Unless they are ā€œunsealedā€ then technically they are still married under their religion. Divorcing but remaining ā€œsealedā€ is an actual thing. But as for the alleged victims that are suing her and connexions for the alleged scamming financially that’s going to hurt them. You can’t sell assets to pay a debt to someone if they have no assets. Sort of like how Jodi tried to sell that house quicksmart so she could in my opinion offload it hidden somewhere so victims wouldn’t be able to get money. Her children weren’t the only victims.
I hope that if this is a way to avoid financial responsibility that kevin realises atleast before she gets out that it’s ok to completely sever ties. Don’t let her back into your life Kevin. You are allowed to walk away. She will never choose you. And even if by magic she does it doesn’t mean you have to choose her.

    3. Let me make this clear as day.

They don’t want finances seized/lost. Divorcing is financially smart for them. It also serves as a bonus to likely have Kevin maintain custody if the minors, AND makes him look ā€œbetterā€ to the public eye. He has no intention to leave Ruby truly.
