Why is everyone so quick to say Taylor Swift is a bad friend? There are certain people you can’t have in your life. Things change, friends come and go, especially in the poisonous entertainment industry.
She has maintained a close friendship with her best friend from childhood, and she is still very close with Selena Gomez, (because Selena is real and doesn’t need to use TS perhaps?)
Taylor seems pretty solid in herself, and not one to suffer fools. Blake Lively used her and dragged her into a toxic situation after Taylor helped her. It makes sense to pull away from that kind of friendship. AND…we don’t even really know what happened between them.
I hope that people remember that the new documentary coming out is through Warner Bros and Discovery… Both which have a vested interest and making sure Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds come out looking good

I think these women who get TS to be their child’s godmother for status and to try to forge an unbreakable bond. A godmother should be a relative.

Godparents are sometimes (historically always) the people who will step in and raise the child if the parents pass away, and raise them up in the church of the family (hence the term God-father God-mother). Choose wisely, even if you’re agnostic.
I don’t think people these days understand the true role of a Godparent. They are to guide them in their Christian faith/ Catholic. Pretty sure a woman who does Satanic rituals and spells on stage could NEVER be a Godparent. People are blind.
Yes, let’s pray for Jaime. Lord, lift her up and break her chains. I’m in recovery from alcohol myself, almost 7 years now. It’s hard to escape the cycle when you’re in it, but it’s the best feeling ever to be free!

Poor Jaime, I was a big fan of hers while growing up. It took years to overcome my opioid addiction and it was really hard. I now struggle with food addiction as well! I was lucky and was able to move from the town where I abused opioids. I'm not able to get away from food. You need it to survive and it's everywhere you look anymore. Everything trigger's me to eat. So, in a way an eating disorder can be harder to kick than any other substance. It's like trying to give up chocolate when you live with Willy Wonka!

Fun fact her mother's career before Taylor became TS was a MARKETING DIRECTOR. Everyone calls her a mastermind, but I think it's a group effort from the family. People treat the godparent role as symbolic especially in this situation. In the past it meant you might raise the child if something happened to the child. I don't think this was ever meant in their case. It was just a gesture and maybe Taylor bought the kids presents. I don't see it being more than that ever.

On this one, I afford no fault to Taylor. Addiction is horrible. The toll it takes is immense. Feeling helpless while watching someone slowly break down is so heartbreaking….
Taylor is a Sagittarius, she likely a super good friend until the other isn't investing equal energy into the relationship. Then, they just move on because of boredom. It seems like fickleness; but, there's some reason to fall out of love with the relationship, even if it's just a friends situation.
JK is an Aries, on the cusp of Taurus. Look more into that.

While I appreciate the gentle way you approach the Jaime King situation, I went through similar years ago and I can't imagine how much worse it would have felt to have the world known about it while I was struggling and fighting to get back to myself andy children.
Taylor is successful in a cut throat industry where real friendships rarely last with other people in the industry. Mainly because they are all out for themselves and their image. However Taylor has maintained a friendship with her friend from her childhood all this time. Also friendships sometimes just fade because of life circumstances. I am not judging because we dont know what went down. Exceot fir Blake , and we only know some of that. I dont think Taylor is totally innocent in this but I do think Blake used her.
As for Jamie addiction is heartbreaking. I hope she gets help but that has to be her choice. Addiction can destroy your life no matter what it is. Prayers for Jamie.
