Not sure if this was in NYC or not. It looks like it could be an NYC train and the accent of the people have somewhat of an NYC accent. It could be nyc or Boston. Anyway in NYC police cant even be bothered putting out people that have been set on fire. So i highly doubt they would've done anything to this douche bag or the guy that put him to sleep. So good on that guy. In Boston the police would've said thanks for helping cause the police would've done the same thing. Off duty police have done that more times then i can count in Boston. However this isn't a good idea to do in Boston anyway cause all bostonians love to fight. So this would've been a great ending to the day for most of us.
