Xtina – Dirrty. Bey – Formation (in fact Lemonade as a whole). Madonna – just like a prayer

Just found out that the director did Everything Everywhere All At Once and I can definitely see it.

      Also> Puscifer, The Humbling River
(If you need a cathartic, ugly, hard cry, over the state of the world rn, I can’t recommend it enough) damn.

    3. Mariah Carey- Honey. It was her first post-Tommy , “grown-up” video and it was unreal to see her so sexy, happy, confident, and funny.

Jeremy by Pearl Jam, way too young to understand it.

November Rain, just for its epic music and story.

Stand Inside Your Love by SP, it’s just beautiful.

    5. Beyonce Lemonade. I watched the premiere on HBO not knowing what it was and I WEPT from start to finish. it was a beautiful experience watching it for the first time.

    6. Normani – Motivation: A great homage to early 2000s hip-hop/R&B, with amazing choreography. Just infectious.

    7. “Not if you were the Last Junkie on Earth” by the Dandy Warhols.

It didn’t exactly age well. The satire allowed my teenaged brain to comprehend how some of my favourite artists turned to Heroin. Also had some great choreography.

Feist’s video for “1,2,3,4.” Every single time that Apple commercial came on I was sat.

    9. Soundgarden, Black Hole Sun

      Beastie Boys, Sabotage

      Childish Gambino, This is America

Kendrick Lamar, They Not Like Us

      Michael & Janet Jackson, Scream

It’s gotta be Backstreet’s Back from the Backstreet Boys for me. It was a game changer in the days before TRL.

    11. 90s kid here:

Jay-Z – Big Pimpin’ – as a boy I was shell shocked at all the badonkadonk overload. This little boy’s eyes had been opened LOL

Red Hot Chili Peppers – The Other Side – such a haunting song and a really off music video. Legit depressing and just sad melancholy
Inducing. I remember changing the channel as a kid when it came on the radio (or mtv when the video came on in the summer) it’s the first time I remember ever actively avoiding a song and not liking it because it’s just haunting and depressing.

Rhythm Nation. Was before my time, but it’s one I’ll constantly revisit because the choreography is so precise and it just tickles my brain in a certain way because it’s just so precise.

I honestly think it’s the greatest choreographed music video of all time.
