Amanda Owen has opened up about her wedding to ex-husband Clive, with the two reflecting on the day they tied the knot in 2000.
The former couple are no longer together, with fans of their show Our Yorkshire Farm stunned when they announced their split, and the end of their series as a result, in 2022.
However, they still work together in new farming show, Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids, along with their nine children.
The show’s third series is currently airing, and Monday’s episode saw a rare moment in which Amanda and Clive opened up about their wedding.

The series sees the family restoring a period farmhouse in the Yorkshire Dales, affectionately named Anty John in dedication to its previous owner, Anthony John Clarkson.
The pair were discussing the farmhouse and its history after Amanda had sifted through Anthony’s journals when they found parallels to their own lives.
Spotting Anthony’s wedding entry, Ms Owen quipped to her ex: “And a bit like you, he’s a man of few words!”
She went on to reveal the couple who used to reside in the farmhouse got married at Muker.

Turning to Clive, she asked: “When’s the last time you went to Muker? The show? Muker show?”
Hinting further, she added: What about in 2000?” as her former husband appeared confused.
She asked: “July?” which prompted Clive to respond: “No, it’s the August!”
“It’s July!” Amanda argued before wondered: “Why? What happened in August 2000?”

Amanda quipped: “In August? In August, you probably regretted what happened in July!”
“I remember now, I remember now. We had a bit of a do in Muker, didn’t we? What a hell of a day we had!” Clive recalled.
During a voiceover segment, Amanda shared: “I mean, I’m going to let you into a little bit of a secret. I got married to Clive at Muker!”

Amanda went on to tease: “Do you think when I got on my horse to ride side-saddle down the road like Boadicea, and there was a great thunderclap and lightning? Do you think someone was trying to tell me something?”
“Yeah, there you are, that could have been a sign, couldn’t it from the heavens?” Clive joked.
“I’ll tell you something, though, it’s good that we can laugh about it” Amanda replied, calling the celebration a “great day”.
Amanda went on to reflect: “With these diaries, there are so many parallels in our lives now and back then.
“I think that’s the weird thing, we keep uncovering things. When they say that truth is stranger than fiction, you couldn’t make this one up.”
