Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly known as Prince Andrew, was arrested in the UK Feb. 19 amid controversy over his alleged ties to the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. On Andrew’s 66th birthday, Thames Valley Police confirmed that they have opened an investigation into the offense of misconduct in public office. According to photos published by BBC, police were on the grounds of King Charles III’s Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, where Andrew had been staying.
