Steve Carrell once waved to a tour bus in Beverly Hills and nobody recognized him: ‘Not a person acknowledged. They were like, “what? Who’s that?” And I shrank into this little ball like last time I’m ever doing anything’

queen Steve went to the ball and slayed the house down just to be gagged by a bus making him go delulu

  2. Considering my sudden crush on his salt & pepper ass, I would’ve been elated on that tour.

  3. Many years ago, I worked at a movie studio – the one with tour guides and trams. Whenever my co-workers and I walked across the lot and saw one of those trams, we’d always smile and wave at the tourists even though we were all just random schlubs on our way to lunch. It always cracked us up when they took our picture, as if we were famous people they just didn’t quite recognize.

I feel for those people seeing/hearing this and realizing that wasn’t some rando bank manager waving at them.

I worked at Disney world and he he came though. People recognized him and he ignored everybody and did not turn around

  6. These are the humbling things some of these Gen Z influencers need to face. Really show them they ain’t all that.

  7. The Rock said when he feels down he will ACTIVELY seek these tours out so he can feel like a super star so I guess it is a great feeling lol .

  8. I’m not gonna lie I probably wouldn’t notice him either he’s so normal looking 😂

  9. referring to an actors body of work as a resume really does contextualize acting as just like, someone’s job. costars are just coworkers

Well, I saw him at Neiman Marcus and jnew who he was, but I’ll be damned if I ever bother someone famous when I have no idea what to say.
