At this point we should just be saying their names. The he/him community is out of control and it’s about time they feel their own shame vs their victims continuing to carry wrongly placed shame. Like F it… obviously all those women and probably most women in Hollywood would have her back. And I understand that women are very easily labeled as “difficult employees” when we speak out about workplace harassment, but when does enough become enough to be the tipping point where we finally cultivate a culture that places blame onto abusers and heals victims?

Ugh my skin crawled hearing that. Men truly have the audacity and I don’t even know why it continues to surprise me

Can you imagine what these directors would think of an average sized woman/person? How do they cope walking down the street?!

“TIME FOR A HEX!” Love that energy.
Gross as fuck men can get away with literally anything but if it were a woman doing the same things to them all hell would break loose. Name and shame I say.

For a long time we have carried the shame of men’s behavior. Go ahead and call him out by name!

It’s striking how they all begin to shake their heads and brace themselves as soon as she describes him silently leaning over towards her.

Is that Ludivine Sagnier?

The only context that would be acceptable is if a buzzsaw was about to slice her midsection and the director was like “Hey, girl, I think it’d be good if you sucked in your gut”. Even just phrasing it as an open suggestion and not a leering direction would be better, yeesh.

And Lili has openly talked about her struggles with her self esteem. Can only imagine what she felt in that moment.

I could never work in the acting business because the second someone said that to me I’d pop off and get blacklisted.

Whether its true or not, and likely it is, if she does say his name, she puts herself in a position to be sued for defamation. These bigshot directors know this. So unless she has proof, its just a story for her to share amongst her friend. Not on some public interview that can be used against her for defamation. And from how she told the story, this was quietly done between her and this director so likely no one else witnessed it. She’s being smart about it by saying she will tell the other girls later.
