It’s been obvious for a while that something happened and they’ve fallen out again (despite fans being in deep denial). They haven’t interacted at all since the doc was announced and they’ve had lots of opportunities that would have benefited both of them. Even an Instagram like on a new album post but it’s been radio silence even with Louis being very online. Interviewers figured out they could ask Louis about Zayn directly instead of asking about the doc and that still led to stonewalls.
I didn’t believe the fight story at first but if they don’t deny this with this much attention, it’s likely it happened. Interesting if Netflix has just now killed it, it felt like it was already dead in January when they didn’t include it at all in their 2026 upcoming lists despite it being announced in Oct.
