Taking to the streets of London to pursue PBs or raise money for charity isn’t just the pastime of the non-famous – the celebrities love to do it, too.

Below is the current list of famous faces who are running the 2026 London Marathon, along with their 2026 London Marathon finish times (plus any previous best running times)

Cynthia Erivo – in a recent interview with Runner’s World – said that she had her eyes set on a new PB and the Wicked star achieved just that, running 3:21:40 at the 2026 London Marathon. That’s almost 14 minutes faster than when she ran in 2022. She’s also raising money for The King’s Trust and Shameless Fund.

James Norton completed the 2026 London marathon in a very impressive 4:29:04. It was the actors first marathon and Norton was raising money for BreakthroughT1D. You can read our full interview with him here or listen to the podcast with him here.

Harry Judd, who is no stranger to the marathon, had a fantastic day out running a new PB of 3:05:25. That recent sub-20 5K PB in training really paid off.

Ben Shepard made his return to marathon running after being advised not to do it following issues with his back. Fortunately, the TV host has been doing his strength and conditioning and proved that anything is possible, finishing in 03:29:53.

Daddy Pig (yes, the cartoon character) is running the London Marathon this year to raise money for the National Deaf Children’s Society. Although his previous PB is unknown, That didn’t stop him running 05:51:53. He was also on this special RW cover!

Joe Wicks was back at the London Marathon, but this time he was running with Daddy Pig and crossed the finish line a second behind the cartoon character in 5:51:54.

Sir Ben Ainslie spoke to us about his training ahead of the 2026 London Marathon and the most successful sailor in Olympic history has put all that training into practice perfectly, finishing in a time of 04:13:04.

Aimee Fuller, Olympian and TV presenter, ran the London Marathon in 2024 and clocked an impressive time of 3:48:04, but 2026 saw her run a new PB of 3:36:48. She only recently ran the London Landmarks Half Marathon with her mum.

Alexandra Burke delivered maybe the greatest reduction of a marathon PB this year, going from 6:29:18 to 4:25:03. That’s over two hours! She is raising money for Parkinson’s UK.

John Robins, the comedian, is running and raising money for Standing Together Against Domestic Abuse and finished the race in 04:48:08.

Bryony Gordon took to the streets of London once again in just her underwear (and for a very good reason as she explains) – she’s raising money for the Bowelbabe Fund and Cancer Research UK – and finished the race in 05:56:36.

Sophie Raworth ran the 2026 London Marathon with her daughter and the two of them clocked an impressive time of 03:36:35

Nikita Kuzmin, who spoke to RW about his training, finished the 2026 London Marathon in a time of 04:19:17. The professional dancer and Strictly star is raising money for Diabetes UK.

Tony Adams, Arsenal and England footballing royalty, ran the 2026 race in a time of 06:21:17. The ex-England captain was running to raise money for The Forward Trust.

Dame Laura Kenny, an Olympic legend on the bike, made her London Marathon debut and smashed it with a time of 3:45:05, all while fundraising for The Ectopic Pregnancy Trust.

Sebastian Vettel saw retiring from F1 as the perfect opportunity to sign up for a marathon and it seems that speed truly is what he’s best at as he finished the 2026 London Marathon in 2:59:08. Read more here

Sir Anthony ‘AP’ McCoy ran the marathon for the first time to raise money for the Matt Hampson Foundation, which is a charity that is supporting fellow jockey Graham Lee, who suffered a spinal injury following a fall while racing. McCoy ran a very respectable 04:50:47.

Harry Clark, everyone’s favourite Traitor, ran the 2026 London Marathon in a time of 04:38:34. We spoke to him recently about his training on the podcast, which is well worth a listen.
