Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s attorneys face off in court at a final pre-trial conference in New York City. The trial will kick off on May 18, after a judge threw out the majority of Lively’s claims against Baldoni over their experience working together on ‘It Ends With Us.’ CBS News’ Jericka Duncan breaks down what went down behind closed doors on Tuesday, as Baldoni’s lawyer tells ET, his client is ‘doing great.’ Lively is expected to take the stand during trial.

I started with team Blake and it ends with team Justin because of all the receipts that have been revealed from sooo many other credible sources. Justin only said she was ready to direct A MOVIE on that red carpet, not the sequel. Now you know he said it out of kindness because he wanted the movie to succeed. I can only imagine in his head, he was saying it out of sarcasm because of the hell he had just been through. I have actually been a victim of SA and SH and what she experienced is nothing compared to what I have. When I found out that Ryan and Blake made their eight-year-old daughter say such sexual explicit language in the movie Deadpool and Wolverine against her wishes or she would be replaced… that was it for me.
