Hardly any concerts are selling tickets right now, people are cutting back on luxury items/events. Going to see a lot more shows cancelled this year I reckon.

When every day an hour of my work goes towards my daily gas, I’m not even thinking about spending money. I haven’t bought from Amazon, I canceled all my streaming services, I’m not eating out at all. My utility bills have gone up. I literally work to make sure I can have a place to live. Nothing else. I have no extracurricular activities. No hope of going to the movies. Nothing. I have nothing but work and nothing to show for it.
What a grand country.

I’ve been seeing so many concerts being cancelled. The only shows I’m seeing are free local ones or anything under $50. I don’t have $500 to shell out on concerts right now.
The only thing I really know Jessica Simpson from is her “chicken of the sea” thing. I can believe she’s not able to sell tickets.

During their height, I saw her and Nick at a Laker game. They were just sitting in the crowd, but it was like they both had a spotlight on them and they were literally sucking attention their way. Their charisma was radiating across the arena. I was never really a fan but it was so surreal to me at the time how attractive they were; it seemed to transcend their physical appearance.
I’ve experienced a similar vibe with other celebrities since then but this was the first time and the fact that they were just emitting this weird aura in a crowd of thousands of people made it so jarring.

You have to be a HUGE act to sell seats now at these prices. These nostalgia acts need to start booking smaller venues to test the waters. Although this venue only holds 2,700-3,000 seats so it sounds like that’s what she did… not sure what to say about this situation specifically then lol
I hear that concerts in general aren’t doing great. They say that but Kpop shows are always selling out, how do these fans afford those tickets 😵💫
