Shannon Elizabeth, who earned a whopping $1 million in her first week on OnlyFans, plans to “treat herself” … to a place to live.

In an exclusive interview with Page Six, the actress and advocate told us that she’s “been staying with friends” since she and her estranged husband, Simon Borchert, quietly split in September 2025.

“I haven’t figured out where I’m going to live and if I’m going to buy, if I’m going to rent, what can I do?” Elizabeth, 52, said.

“I know I’m going to stay out in South Africa because there’s a lot of work to do still with the [Shannon Elizabeth Foundation] and all. And I love it here! I have such a great friend group here. So my first thing is figuring out where I’m going to stay and get my own place again. Everything’s been in storage since, like, September, so I need all my stuff out of storage.”

Elizabeth, who married Borchert in 2021, filed for divorce last month just before announcing that she would be joining OnlyFans — a subscription-based social media platform that allows content creators to monetize their work by sharing photos and videos directly with their fans.

In many ways, the new business venture — which she insisted she did not start thinking about until November 2025 — is helping her heal.

“From September to the end of March, at least, it was really, really, really difficult. It was very emotional, and it was just figuring out how to restart everything and kind of just starting from scratch, to be honest. So it was, ‘Well, now what?’” the “American Pie” star explained.

But “moving to [her] next chapter” so quickly after formally ending her relationship with Borchert has made her feel as though a “weight” has been “lifted.”

And after seeing so much monetary success — which is “continuing to grow” — Elizabeth said she feels energized and motivated. She noted that 2026 is the year of the Fire Horse, according to the Chinese Zodiac.

The “Scary Movie” star hopes OnlyFans will afford her the financial freedom to be more selective about the acting roles she takes on, including “projects that aren’t necessarily because [she] need[s] the money.”

She went on to reveal, “I want to move more into directing and producing as well.”

Elizabeth also sees OnlyFans as a way to bring awareness and funds to her foundation, which is dedicated to protecting endangered species and their habitats through conservation, education, advocacy and community support.

“I can also allocate certain things that I’m doing on [OnlyFans] to all go to charity, so that’s what I’m going to be doing,” she stated proudly, sharing that she will also be hosting a “big fundraiser” in Las Vegas next month during the World Series of Poker.

Elizabeth has yet to receive any overly sexual OnlyFans requests but told Page Six she’s remaining open to the process of the platform, as it’s best known for being a hub for adult content creators.

“There’s some lines I probably won’t cross, but as far as what I am crossing now, I think it’s a moving target,” she teased. “It’s changing because, as I get a good response from people, it makes me want to share more of my life and give them what they’re hoping for — within my own boundaries.”

She added, “So I don’t know. I mean, it’s been fun and exciting, and I think we’ll see as we go because I really don’t know at this point.”

Elizabeth has been blown away by the response from her “absolutely incredible” fans, many of whom have connected with her to share how much her work — in both film and advocacy — has resonated with them.

“The journey on OnlyFans has been nothing but amazing. The fans have overwhelmed me with love and support, and I just I never expected it to be like this. I just couldn’t ask for anything more,” she gushed.

“I didn’t know if anybody would care or would come or would, like, join me there. But they have, and I’m just overwhelmed with happiness.”
