Rebecca Gayheart remembered her late husband, Eric Dane, with a touching tribute on social media two months after his tragic death.

The 54-year-old actress and model took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday to share a snap of a plaque made in the “Grey’s Anatomy” star’s honor.

“In Loving Memory of Eric William Dane. 1972-2026,” the memorial, which was surrounded by poker chips, a cigar and other meaningful items, read in Gayheart’s since-expired post.

Dane passed away on Feb. 19, just 10 months after revealing he was diagnosed with the progressive neurodegenerative disorder amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) in April 2025. He was 53.

Gayheart and Dane’s other loved ones, including the couple’s teenage girls Billie and Georgia, announced Dane’s death in an emotional statement to Page Six at the time.

They said that the “Euphoria” star “spent his final days surrounded by dear friends, his devoted wife and his two beautiful daughters” who were “the center of his world.”

“He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always,” the statement added. “Eric adored his fans and is forever grateful for the outpouring of love and support he’s received.”

Gayheart, who filed for divorce from Dane in February 2018 before withdrawing the petition after the actor’s ALS diagnosis, previously commented on her husband’s passing a few days after his death.

“I am so blown away by the outpouring of love and support from our community,” the “Urban Legend” star wrote via her Instagram Stories on Feb. 22. “There aren’t words to express our gratitude.”

She added, “You are truly holding us up during this difficult time.”

Gayheart and the couple’s daughters then broke cover together for the first time following the late “Charmed” alum’s death to attend the Los Angeles premiere of “The Drama” on March 17.

Dane and the “Jawbreaker” star met in 2003 before tying the knot in 2004.

They welcomed Billie, 16, and Georgia, 14, before separating in 2017 after nearly 15 years together.

Gayheart was romantically linked to Hard Rock Cafe founder Peter Morton beginning in 2023, but the pair reportedly split around April 2025.

In November 2025, three months before his death, Dane recorded his last-ever interview for the Netflix docuseries “Famous Last Words.”

The special was released shortly after Dane’s passing, and it included the actor’s heartbreaking last words to his daughters.

“I tried. I stumbled sometimes, but I tried. Overall, we had a blast, didn’t we?” he said while looking directly at the camera.

“Billie and Georgia, you are my heart. You are my everything. Good night. I love you,” Dane concluded through tears. “Those are my last words.”
