Scout leader Simon Carter gushed over how enthusiastic Prince Louis was to be at the family gathering.
“[Prince Louis] was really excited. They all got presented with a Big Help Out badge at the end, so they all got a Scouts scarf,” Carter told Hello!.

“He was the one who ran away with the wheelbarrow. He was the one who was digging sand and getting stuck in and doing things,” Simon Carter continued.

Prince William discussed his youngest child’s personality in an interview.
“He’s a character, but he’s a very good boy. He likes to wind his brother and sister up,” William said, according to Daily Express.
