The 53-year-old journalist recalls how she felt after being made to ask the Kardashian star about her biological dad on Today in 2012, a year after she joined the NBC morning show. Savannah retells the story to her co-hosts and Auntie Cohen during the October 20th broadcast. I had a I think I told you about this before. I asked Khloe Kardashian like 10 seconds before we were going to break if about the rumors that her father wasn’t her father and she was I was so embarrassed cuz I felt like all this pressure I just started and I felt like the producers wanted me to ask this dishy question but I didn’t want to. The Today host says she waited until the last moment before a commercial break to ask the Good American founder about the rumors. So I let the time be running out till we were up against a heartbreak. So at the very end I’m like and Chloe like uh what about this rumor that Robert Kardashian is not really your father and they were like 10 9 8 and I was so embarrassed and she was such a class act and she’s like ah nothing to it and it was like we made the break and I forever I asked the question I didn’t want to.
