Rondale Moore, Vikings Wide Receiver, Dead at 25

Rondale Moore was found dead at age 25 in New Albany, Ind. nearly one year after signing with the Minnesota Vikings. According to The New York Times citing local police, Moore died of a suspected self-inflicted gunshot wound. An investigation is ongoing and an autopsy is scheduled for Feb. 22, per the outlet citing the Floyd County, Ind. coroner. Following news of his passing, Vikings head coach Kevin O’Connell shared in a statement on X Feb. 21, “I am devastated by the news of Rondale’s death. While Rondale had been a member of the Vikings for a short time, he was someone we came to know well and care about deeply.” He continued, “My prayers are with Rondale’s family, friends, teammates and coaches as we all deal with this tragic news.”

So so sad 😔 I absolutely hate hearing about people SO young leaving us it's so tragic and very heartbreaking 💔 I am going to pray 🙏 send a prayer to his family and love because they sure need that right now.
