Chauncey Leopardi also played Squints in The Sandlot. After retiring from acting, he got into the weed business and has his own ‘Squintz Strain’. Which is all very funny to me.

I recognize Martin Starr from Silicon Valley, and was surprised to see him in Tulsa King. To my delight, i see that he’s in Freaks and Geeks, which i watched before the rest. Had no clue!
This is the best show of all time. I love it so much. The series is one of the only DVDs I’ve hung on to- Judd Apatow does commentary with the cast on every episode, it’s fantastic
I feel so seen with all this Martin Star appreciation! I have never disclosed the fact that I find him hot, but now I feel like I’ve found my people, lol.

Old person here to say, Freaks and Geeks aired in 1999, set in 1980. If filmed today the same distance of time away, would be portraying 2005 (when Freaks & Geeks was already 5 years cancelled)
It also had Sam McMurray, one of my favorite character actors.

I loved seeing Linda Cardellini in Dead to Me a couple years after I finally watched Freaks and Geeks. Just a mind fuck seeing how beautiful she’s gotten with age (they all have!)

They really could not have put together a more incredible cast. Almost everyone went on to have successful careers. Also, Millie is a babe in real life and I’m blown away realizing who played the cheerleader, Vicki. She’s on that sappy show now with Britney’s little sister
