Savannah Guthrie Questions If She Still Belongs at ‘Today’ After Mom’s Kidnapping
Savannah Guthrie wrestles with her ‘Today’ return while sitting down with friend and colleague, Hoda Kotb, in her first interview since the apparent abduction of her mother, Nancy, in the dark of night from her Tucson, Arizona home in February. Savannah questions whether she ‘belongs anymore’ on set amid the ongoing investigation, which has seemingly gone cold. The FBI and Savannah’s family are still offering a reward of up to $1 million for Nancy’s recovery and/or an arrest and conviction.

Such an odd situation.
What was the reasons for the kidnapping? Were ransoms paid? I feel its been very silent.

This has got to be one of the most bizarre cases I’ve ever followed,and I’ve followed a lot of them,there just doesn’t seem to be an actual motive for her mothers kidnapping,other than the fact that Savannah is a celebrity of sorts ,I can’t begin to imagine the agony she snd her siblings feel ,but her in particular because her greif is on public display .
