I’m glad I’m not alone in the feels department with this one. So beautiful, kids deserve this. ❤️

  2. I can’t watch anything sweet or kind or considerate since having children. Everything destroys me.

Every staff member at Disney should make 6 figures. Legit for real. Bless this person for knowing ASL.

  3. Reminder that the cast member in that costume is not getting paid as much as they should

  4. Man we really needed this, there’s soo much negative going in the world rn, this was really heartwarming!!

Every time I lose all hope in humanity, something comes along that makes me think maybe we will be okay. Maybe most people are good and the good will prevail one day.

That’s so sweet. I saw a video of a little girl dressed up as Mirabel from Encanto meeting her in one of the parks and her little face lit up like a christmas tree when Mirabel signed her name and said nice to meet you in sign.

They really should make sign language a mandatory thing in schools, it would make those who are deaf/HoH feel more accepted. I remember reading the British sign language alphabet in school on my own and managed to learn how to sign my name.

When I worked at WDW in entertainment, I was walking off set one day (front of Magic Kingdom directly in the sun so hot lmao) but my attendant flagged me down for a little boy who wanted to meet Pluto. It wasn’t unusual for a guest to be like “well I paid this, I paid that, I stood in line for…etc”. So I was thinking to make my attendants life easier, sure let’s do it (just want to point this out bc there were definitely CM’s who would pretend they didn’t hear and walk off set..timing was also pretty strict).

Anyway, he and his dad came over but little did I know the boy was actually blind and it ended up being the sweetest interaction ever. I took his hands and let him meet Pluto’s head and scratch behind his ears. He squeezed his big black nose and (rubber) whiskers, his big red collar and belly. It was a special moment I’ll never forget it I hope he doesn’t either. Magic transcends the senses.

  8. Wow ❤️❤️ a nice reminder that there is still some hope for this world! Was having a rough morning but this really made me smile.

  9. Despite the park’s faults, I bet the employee requirements are probably having some knowledge in Spanish and ASL, and that’s a 👍 from me. This video is giving Attenborogh in Miracle on 34th St for me 🥹

  10. I never cared much about Disney. In fact, my first time visiting Disney World was our kids first time.
I have to give it to them though that the personnel working there are stellar! I hope they are well compensated and truly feel good going to work. Second reason I would return.

This is so sweet! Reminds me of a video I saw where Princess Elena of Avalor was speaking in Spanish to a little girl and having a full on conversation. It truly is magical.

I also love this because the conversation they had was so simple but obviously so impactful! A good reminder that we all should put in a little effort to learn the basics of ASL, we don’t need to be perfectly fluent to connect with someone ❤️

This made me let out a heaving sob that sent my partner running in from the other room
