No, you thought your customer base wouldn’t care about the removal of the flags. You were wrong.

Too late, everyone has already admitted they secretly thought the coffee was bad.

A coffee spot with no espresso AND they’re dodgy on LGBT+ support?

Yea I’ll stick to making coffee at home lmao

Oh yes, let’s position this coffee company based in San Francisco as hostile to the LGBT community, that’s definitely a great idea

Thanks for showing us who you are ownership. Any time I’m in SF I will be SURE to not grab Philz (I used to go there religiously when in the city, took many people there and touted how great the company was – before the sale).

  7. The emboldening of bigots in the past few years is on the whole a bad thing, but… at least we know who they are I guess.

  8. “I made a mistake” = “We didn’t think anyone would notice and hold us accountable.”

Do they not teach things like “knowing your target market” in business school any more?

I have to assume this all flows forth from the enshittification of a private equity sale
