      Miley and I are the same age and I’ve been a huge fan of hers since HM. Watching this, especially the performances, instantly took me back to my childhood. I sobbed 😭

      It’s honestly fascinating that she is embracing this part of her story. She certainly doesn’t have to, and no one would blame her if she kept her distance from the material.

      For anyone that grew up watching Hannah Montana this song is SO emblematic of girlhood. Hearing her sing it again in a richer voice because we’ve all aged into adults now is bittersweet.
