The show wouldn’t be the same without her. I think it shows respect for her legacy not to do it.

  2. I could easily have seen them do a special or movie or something down the line but definitely not without Catherine.

He had me tearing up at the end, his dad and Catherine have known each other since the 70s so I imagine that loss is so hard. Just glad we got Moira Rose. Truly one of my favorite characters of all time.

There is no show without Moira. Let Schitt’s Creek stay the way it was. She lives forever in that world.

Yeah, I would have otherwise have seen a cute one-off special or something for sure. But no way without Catherine ❤️

I hope at the Emmys the cast are in a space where they can all do a nice tribute to her

  5. I know him and his dad are both fairly niche when it comes to nepotism discussions, but definitely one of the positive examples of it

Damn im getting choked up watching him get choked up.

I think you could do a movie with her loss being a center aspect of the plot, but that’s literally the only way I could imagine enjoying something without her.

It’s such a lovely show. I just can’t believe she’s no longer with us 😢

  8. This is in Uxbridge! My friend has a farm near there. Drove there once and saw them setting up for filming, Eugene was talking to Dan.

I drive by the apothecary every time I go up there.

There’s a delicious bakery close to there called Anina’s, and they make a Skor brownie that is _insane_.

Fell in love with Schitt’s Creek in quarantine, such a good show. Respect to Dan for clearing up there will be no more, without Catherine O’Hara.

I can’t imagine the pain of losing her. She had been in his life since he was a baby.

People don’t realize she was like a second mom to him (then later on in the show). Eugene and Catherine go all the way back to their early acting days in the 70’s. I cannot imagine his loss 😢

I think it is a show that really benefits from being able to binge watch it. I remember it popping up during the first season and checking it out because of the name but it didn’t really click. Then like alot of others, during the pandemic, I was able to binge and it hit just right.
