  2. Harriet Walter is more than just an “and more” in a reddit post title 🥲

  3. Remember when celebrities were beautiful but normal looking? Not snatched to hell.

  4. Always found it so interesting Ang Lee directed Sense and Sensibility, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, and Brokeback Mountain. Just incredible range to tell such amazing stories across such varied cultures. What a legendary director

  5. Fine! I will do a run of Sense and Sensibility. And all the other Jane Austen adaptations…

Kate Winslet looked like a porcelain doll in this movie, just breathtakingly beautiful

I’d forgotten until this post that Emma Thompson released a very delightful book about making this movie.

  8. These are so cute. Emma and Kate lifting up Ang Lee in the second photo is precious.

Bless the British film actors for slogging through a quarter of Shakespeare, most of Jane Austen and then all of JK Rowling. Real troopers!!
